A Passionate Calling

We are former educators, researchers, business managers and nonprofit advocates. While we come from a wide array of backgrounds and experiences, we all believe deeply in the promise of public education and its contribution to the common good. Our diversity allows us to benefit from a broad set of skills, experiences and differing viewpoints, leading to stronger ideas and lasting results.

We are as dedicated to developing our internal team as we are to developing the next generation of urban education leaders. We provide a variety of opportunities for our team to gain experience, hone skills and broaden knowledge. Off-site trainings, brown-bag learning sessions led by affinity groups, executive coaching and more support our team to do our best work — so we can, in turn, support our alumni working in school systems to do their best work.
