During and after Academy participation, The Broad Center provides ongoing career guidance, networking and support to help guide Fellows on the path to leading an urban system of schools.

The Broad Center provides four types of services to Academy participants and graduates:

Network

A network of peers that connect individually and in groups to collaborate, advise, share best practices and discuss career opportunities. Academy graduates have held 87 superintendent roles and 107 cabinet level roles.

Direct Services

Direct, hands-on services for graduates, both individually and in small groups, as well as services to match Fellows with career opportunities in high potential locations.

Resource Portal

Online knowledge sharing portal with benchmarking information, research, and tools to move initiatives forward more effectively and efficiently.

Extended Services

Additional services and investments for Fellows in particularly high potential roles and locations.
