We are interested in leaders who have achieved significant results by breaking down barriers, innovating and driving dramatic change in systems and individuals.

Individuals who qualify for the Academy include:

• K-12 executives with a proven history of producing gains in student achievement.

• Passionate, civic minded leaders from other fields in the public and private sectors.

• Superintendents of smaller districts with outstanding student achievement results.

• Entrepreneurial founders and CEOs of successful charter management organizations or non-profits.
