Kelley Hampton is director of strategic growth for Equitas Charter Academy, implementing effective data systems throughout schools and delivering high quality analytic, training and systems support for all school personnel. Prior to joining The Broad Residency, Kelley was director of programs for Break the Cycle, a national non-profit focused on prevention education and intervention strategies for youth experiencing dating abuse. She also worked as a legal fellow for the General Counsel’s office at Prince George’s County Public Schools. Kelley earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.P.P. from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
