The Broad Residency is a leadership development program that places qualified participants into full-time high-level managerial positions in school districts, charter management organizations (CMOs) and federal/state departments of education. Residents often lead major projects like opening new schools, managing budgeting processes, increasing operational efficiencies and supporting major policy initiatives.
