Operations Manager, The Broad Academy
Summary: This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for increasing student achievement for children all across this nation by transforming urban public education systems. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Program on The Broad Academy team and will be responsible for managing all event planning and logistical aspects of the Academy’s 10+ annual events, including Academy sessions for senior executives and interview days for Academy candidates. The candidate also manages communication with Academy participants regarding travel, site visits, access to content, assignment submissions and program evaluations, and will lead the project management on a range of key activities to support the program.

Managing Director, The Broad Academy
Summary: In addition to joining the Center’s senior leadership, the new Managing Director (“MD”) will lead the overall strategy and management of TBA and its seasoned, high-performing, and highly dedicated team. Senior Director, Recruitment, The Broad Academy
Summary: The Broad Center seeks a Senior Director of Recruitment for The Broad Academy team. This position reports to the Managing Director of the Broad Academy and will oversee the development, analysis, implementation, and refinement of recruitment practices for the Academy. The Senior Director oversees a recruitment team tasked with planning and executing national outreach strategies to develop an annual applicant pool of approximately 200 diverse executives.The ideal candidate is strategic and results-oriented, excels at critical thinking, has exceptional interpersonal and recruiting skills, and a track record of team leadership. S/he will have a track record of building quality relationships with executives in education, government, and/or the private sector.
