Join Our Team

For more than a decade, we have supported hundreds of exceptional managers, senior leaders and superintendents as they work to transform urban public school systems across America into engines of excellence and equity.

We value diversity of all kinds and are focused on building and sustaining a strong, inclusive, mission-driven team and organizational culture.

We are former educators, researchers, management consultants and nonprofit advocates with a wide array of backgrounds and experiences who believe deeply in the promise of public education. The diversity within our organization allows us to incorporate different perspectives and benefit from a broader set of skills and experiences, leading to stronger ideas and results. Reflecting the diversity of the students, families and communities served by urban public school systems, as well as the participants in our programs, further increases our ability to do good work. We believe this value system exponentially improves our ability to fulfill our mission.
