Donald Fennoy serves as superintendent of The School District of Palm Beach County, the nation’s 11th-largest school district, serving more than 185 schools and 183,000 students. As chief operating officer of the district, he oversaw $1.3 billion in construction and deferred maintenance, helped small businesses work with the district and mentored principal managers and assistant principals to grow the district’s leadership pipeline. As a senior area superintendent of Fulton County Public Schools, Donald led initiatives to increase the graduation rate by double digits, boost access and pass rates on the SAT and Advanced Placement exams and dramatically decrease student suspension rates.
