The Broad Residency 2018-2020
My journey, as the son of Haitian refugees, was positively impacted by the leadership, engagement and policies of so many educators and administrators in the public-school system. I believe education is central to bringing about sustainable change in our society, and I am proud to be a part of that mission.
Edwine Michel is projects and programs lead for The School District of Palm Beach County, supporting the chief of human resources on strategic and operational initiatives. Before joining The Broad Residency, he was director of global services at The Regis Company, where he led the company’s operational vision to deploy, support and maintain simulation technologies to help organizations grow and develop their leaders. Edwine also was a senior manager in global business development at Sanofi S.A., a management consultant for Fidelity Investments and a leadership associate at United Technologies. Edwine earned an M.B.A. from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and he holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in optics and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Rochester.
